About EnjoyTheWall — Walls Designed Beyond the Ordinary

EnjoyTheWall is a Colorado-based wall design and finishing company specializing in designer wallpaper, professional wallcovering installation, decorative plaster, architectural wall panels, and custom wall features.

We work with homeowners, interior designers, builders, remodelers, and commercial clients throughout the Denver metro area and across Colorado.

But what we create goes beyond a wall finish.

We look at the wall as part of the architecture — its scale, proportion, light, texture, relationship to furniture, and connection to the rest of the interior. From selecting the right wallcovering to resolving the final seam, corner, panel edge, or plaster transition, every decision contributes to the finished space.

Who We Are

EnjoyTheWall was built around a simple idea: a wall should never feel like an afterthought.

A beautiful material alone does not create a beautiful room.

The scale of a wallpaper pattern matters. The starting point of a mural matters. Natural light changes the appearance of texture throughout the day. A grasscloth seam behaves differently from a printed wallcovering. A dimensional panel changes shadows and proportion. Decorative plaster responds to both the hand of the applicator and the architecture around it.

We bring those decisions together.

Our approach connects what a wall looks like with how it must actually be selected, specified, prepared, detailed, and installed. Design and execution are considered together from the beginning, so the material becomes part of the architecture rather than simply a finish applied to it.

Kris A. — Lead Installer & Design Consultant

Kris works at the intersection of design and installation.

Her role begins before material reaches the wall. Pattern scale, color, texture, room conditions, wall preparation, product characteristics, lighting, and installation requirements can all influence whether a material is right for a particular space.

That perspective is especially valuable when a project involves designer wallcoverings, murals, natural materials, specialty finishes, or architectural wall treatments where small decisions can have a significant visual impact.

Kris works directly with homeowners and collaborates with designers, builders, and other trade professionals to help translate a design concept into a finished surface.

We Don't Just Cover Walls. We Build Surfaces.

There is no single material that belongs on every wall.

Sometimes the answer is wallpaper.

Sometimes it is hand-applied plaster.

Sometimes it is wood, felt, molding, or a dimensional architectural panel.

And sometimes the most interesting interior comes from combining them.

Our work is built around four things.

Design

Before thinking about installation, we look at the room. Scale. Proportion. Architecture. Natural and artificial light. Existing finishes. Furniture. Color. Pattern. A dramatic mural can define an entire room. A subtle grasscloth can change the way light moves across a wall. Vertical wood slats can alter the perceived height of a space. A plaster finish can provide movement without introducing a repeating pattern. The material should belong to the architecture rather than simply occupy an empty surface.

Material

Wallpaper is not one material. Neither are wall panels or decorative plaster. We work across a broad range of wall finishes, including: Designer wallpaper and wallcoverings Non-woven and paper wallcoverings Grasscloth and natural fibers Murals and panoramic wallcoverings Commercial vinyl wallcoverings Decorative and Venetian-style plaster Lime-based and textured finishes Wood slat and acoustic panels 3D architectural wall panels Wainscoting and decorative wall molding Custom accent wall treatments Each behaves differently. Understanding those differences helps us recommend materials based not only on appearance, but also on the room, substrate, installation requirements, maintenance expectations, and intended use.

Detail

The difference between an ordinary installation and an intentional one often appears in places most people never think about before the work begins. Where does the wallpaper pattern start? What happens when it reaches the corner? Where should the mural center relative to the bed, vanity, fireplace, or architectural opening? How does a slat panel terminate against baseboard or cabinetry? Where should a dimensional panel be cut so the composition remains balanced? How should two different wall finishes meet? These are small decisions individually. Together, they determine how finished the room feels.

Execution

Design intent only matters if it survives installation. That means understanding the substrate, preparing the wall appropriately, following product-specific installation requirements, planning the layout before the first cut, protecting surrounding finishes, and resolving details as part of the complete composition. EnjoyTheWall connects design decisions with installation reality. We don't separate the idea from the execution.

From Selection to Installation

One of the biggest differences in the EnjoyTheWall model is that the conversation does not have to begin after you’ve already purchased the material.

We can become involved earlier.

Discover

You may already know exactly what you want. Or you may simply know that the room needs something more. We start by understanding the space, the visual direction, how the room is used, and what you want the finished wall to accomplish.

Select

EnjoyTheWall can help source and select wallpaper and other wall treatments appropriate for the project. That allows material selection to consider both design and installation before an order is placed. Pattern scale, repeat, material construction, wall dimensions, dye lots, quantity, substrate, and installation requirements can all matter.

Plan

Once the material and design direction are established, we determine how the finish should interact with the architecture. For wallpaper, that may mean pattern placement, mural positioning, seam planning, or coordination with trim. For panels, it may mean establishing modules, centerlines, edges, reveals, outlets, or transitions. For decorative finishes, it may involve samples, texture direction, sheen, and interaction with lighting.

Install

Installation brings everything together. Surface preparation, layout, material handling, cutting, alignment, detailing, and finishing are approached as parts of the same design process.

Live With It

A successful wall should continue to make sense after the installers leave. We provide appropriate care and maintenance guidance and remain available when clients, designers, or builders need support with future rooms, additional materials, or new projects.

Wallpaper, Materials & Professional Installation — Under One Roof

Traditionally, wallpaper projects are fragmented.

A client finds a pattern in one place, orders it somewhere else, hires an installer afterward, and sometimes discovers too late that the quantity, substrate, product choice, or installation conditions create a problem.

EnjoyTheWall offers a more connected approach.

We can help clients discover and source wallpaper, understand the material, calculate project requirements, prepare the wall, and professionally install the final selection.

We only recommend products and approaches we believe make sense for the actual project.

That doesn’t mean every client needs full design assistance. Designers and homeowners who have already specified their materials can bring us into the project specifically for technical review and installation.

The difference is that the expertise is available when it is needed.

Built for Collaboration

Great interiors rarely come from one person working in isolation.

EnjoyTheWall works directly with homeowners and also collaborates with:

Interior Designers

We support specified wallcoverings and architectural finishes, review installation requirements, coordinate layouts and details, and help resolve field conditions without losing the design intent.

Builders & Remodelers

We coordinate wall preparation, installation sequencing, trim conditions, substrates, access, and other construction details that affect the finished wall.

Architects

For projects involving specialty surfaces or architectural wall systems, we can review product requirements and installation conditions and work within the project's established design language.

Commercial Clients

Offices, hospitality spaces, retail environments, restaurants, and other commercial interiors often require materials to balance aesthetics with durability, maintenance, acoustics, or other functional requirements.

The common objective is simple:

The finished wall should look intentional within the complete project.

We also accept selected projects throughout Colorado, including Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, Vail, Aspen, and mountain communities.

Our work includes private residences, custom homes, remodels, designer-led interiors, offices, commercial spaces, hospitality environments, and other projects where the wall finish is an important part of the design.

A Wall Can Change the Entire Room

Wallpaper can introduce artwork at architectural scale.

Grasscloth can bring natural movement and depth.

Plaster can make a flat surface feel hand-built.

Wood and acoustic panels can introduce rhythm, shadow, warmth, and function.

Molding can completely change proportion.

The material changes from project to project.

The principle does not:

Treat the wall as part of the architecture.

That is what EnjoyTheWall is built around.
