If you're sourcing material only, we review your measurements and calculate the recommended quantity. For full-service projects, we can schedule a site visit to measure each wall, assess surface conditions, and confirm installation requirements.
You'll receive a detailed proposal covering recommended material quantity, layout and seam planning, installation scope (if applicable), and pricing — with material and labor itemized separately.
Once approved, we coordinate ordering through the appropriate manufacturer, distributor, or authorized dealer, and confirm lead times and delivery against your project schedule.
If you've selected our installation service, we schedule wall preparation and installation to fit your construction timeline, coordinating directly with your GC or site supervisor. Sourcing-only clients are welcome to arrange their own installer.
After installation, we provide care and maintenance guidance specific to the material used. For future phases or additional rooms, you're working with the same team that handled sourcing and installation the first time.
