Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to on-site consultations, installation scheduling, and project requests submitted through the EnjoyTheWall website.
1. Free On-Site Estimates
Most consultations are offered at no cost. If you schedule a free estimate and need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Failure to respond or repeated missed appointments may result in a paid appointment requirement for future visits.
2. Paid Consultations
In rare cases, certain consultations may require a fee due to travel distance, specialized evaluation, or extensive planning. Paid consultation fees are non-refundable once the appointment is completed.
If you need to cancel a paid consultation, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to request a reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in loss of the consultation fee.
3. Deposits for Scheduled Work
Some projects may require a deposit to secure an installation date or to reserve materials. Deposits are used to hold scheduling and allocate resources. Deposits are refundable only if:
cancellation occurs before materials are purchased, and
a minimum of 5 business days’ notice is provided prior to the scheduled work date.
Once job preparation begins, or materials are ordered, deposits become non-refundable.
4. Rescheduling a Project
You may request to reschedule installation work. Rescheduling is free when requested at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled date.
Requests made with less notice may require a rescheduling fee, especially if labor or materials are already allocated.
5. No-Show Policy
If our team arrives at the location and access is not available, or the appointment is unattended without notice, future visits may require a paid consultation fee and/or forfeiture of deposits toward booked work.
6. Refund Method
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the same payment method originally provided. Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.
7. Service Area
EnjoyTheWall provides services on-site at customers’ locations. We do not operate a public retail office or showroom.
Services are provided throughout Colorado.
