Products may be purchased together with installation or, where available, separately as material-only purchases.

The availability of a product or service may vary by manufacturer, supplier, location, project conditions, and other factors.

2. Website Information

Our website provides general information about our products, services, manufacturers, brands, projects, pricing, and capabilities.

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information. However, website content may contain errors or become outdated.

Product availability, specifications, pricing, lead times, dimensions, colors, pattern information, manufacturer policies, and other information may change without notice.

Information displayed on the website does not constitute a binding offer unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Online Estimates and Calculators

Online calculators, forms, pricing examples, and similar tools provide preliminary information based on the information submitted by the user.

Online estimates are not final quotes.

Actual pricing may vary based on factors including:

A final price may require an on-site estimate, product selection, project review, or separate written proposal.

4. Requests Do Not Automatically Create a Contract

Submitting an inquiry, estimate request, product request, contact form, or other information through our website does not by itself create a contract or obligate Enjoy The Wall to provide products or services.

A product order or service engagement is accepted only when confirmed through an applicable invoice, proposal, payment, deposit, purchase confirmation, written communication, or other mutually recognized transaction process.

We reserve the right to decline an order or project before acceptance where permitted by law.

5. Product Pricing and Availability

Wallpaper, wallcoverings, decorative materials, samples, and other products may be sourced from third-party manufacturers and distributors.

Prices and availability may change before an order is confirmed.

Products may become:

• Backordered
• Discontinued
• Temporarily unavailable
• Subject to manufacturer minimums
• Subject to revised lead times
• Subject to freight or shipping charges
• Subject to manufacturer or distributor price changes

A website price, preliminary quote, or previous product price does not guarantee future availability or pricing.

If a material pricing or product-information error is discovered before an order is accepted, we may correct the error and provide the customer with the option to proceed under the corrected terms or cancel the affected order as permitted by applicable law.

6. Product Orders and Special Orders

Many wallcoverings and decorative materials are ordered specifically for an individual customer or project.

An order may become non-cancellable or non-returnable once it has been submitted to a manufacturer or distributor, depending on the supplier’s policies and the nature of the product.

This commonly applies to:

• Special-order wallpaper
• Made-to-order products
• Custom murals
• Custom-sized products
• Custom colors or finishes
• Certain designer wallcoverings
• Products manufactured or cut specifically for an order
• Samples or sample materials where designated as non-returnable

Customers should carefully review product information, quantities, colors, and specifications before authorizing an order.

Specific cancellation and return conditions are described in our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy and may also appear on an estimate, invoice, order confirmation, or manufacturer documentation.

7. Measurements and Material Quantity

Correct measurements and appropriate material quantities are important to wallpaper and wallcovering projects.

Measurements Provided by the Customer or a Third Party

Unless Enjoy The Wall performs an on-site measurement specifically for the applicable project, all dimensions, areas, quantities, plans, elevations, and other measurements supplied by a customer, interior designer, architect, builder, general contractor, installer, or other third party are treated as customer-provided information.

Enjoy The Wall may assist in calculating an estimated material quantity based on that information, including consideration of pattern repeat, pattern match, trim allowance, and reasonable installation waste.

However, we are not responsible for inaccuracies, omissions, changes, or field conditions that are not reflected in the information provided to us.

The customer remains responsible for the accuracy and completeness of customer- or third-party-provided measurements.

Enjoy The Wall On-Site Measurements

When a customer purchases an applicable on-site estimate or measurement service and Enjoy The Wall performs field measurements for the project, our recommended material quantity will be based on those measurements together with the product information and anticipated installation layout reasonably available at the time of the estimate.

Material quantity recommendations may include allowances for pattern repeat, match, trimming, layout, and normal installation waste.

However, exact material consumption may still be affected by circumstances that cannot reasonably be determined during measurement, including manufacturer variations, actual roll dimensions, defects, concealed field conditions, project changes, installation layout changes, or subsequent alterations to the space.

Ordering Less Than the Recommended Quantity

If a customer chooses to purchase less material than the quantity recommended by Enjoy The Wall, the customer assumes the risk of insufficient material, additional shipping costs, project delays, discontinued material, price changes, and differences between production runs or dye lots.

Enjoy The Wall is not responsible for additional costs or delays resulting from a customer’s decision to purchase less than the recommended quantity.

Excess Material

Material calculations generally include reasonable allowances for pattern repeat, matching, trimming, waste, future repairs, and installation conditions.

Unused material remaining after installation does not necessarily indicate that an incorrect quantity was calculated.

8. Pattern Repeat, Match, Dye Lots, and Production Runs

Wallpaper and wallcoverings may vary between manufacturing runs.

When additional material is ordered separately or at a later date, we cannot guarantee that it will come from the same:

• Dye lot
• Print run
• Production batch
• Manufacturing period

Differences may include color, shade, texture, sheen, dimensions, or other characteristics.

For this reason, we may recommend ordering sufficient material at one time, including an appropriate waste or reserve allowance.

If additional material becomes necessary because insufficient material was originally ordered based on customer-provided measurements or because the customer ordered less than our recommendation, matching the original production run cannot be guaranteed.

9. Samples, Colors, and Digital Images

Colors and textures displayed on phones, computers, tablets, photographs, social media, or other digital media may differ from the physical product.

Screen settings, photography, lighting, production variation, material texture, and environmental conditions can affect appearance.

Customers are encouraged to review a current physical sample before placing a significant material order whenever practical.

Samples are intended to provide a reasonable representation of a product but may not perfectly represent every production run.

Manufacturer sample policies and tolerances may apply.

10. Natural and Handcrafted Materials

Natural and handcrafted wallcoverings may contain inherent variations.

Products such as grasscloth, sisal, cork, wood veneer, textile wallcoverings, handmade papers, and similar materials may naturally exhibit differences in:

• Color
• Shade
• Texture
• Fiber
• Weave
• Panel appearance
• Seams
• Surface characteristics

These variations may be part of the intended appearance and character of the material and do not necessarily constitute a manufacturing defect.

Customers purchasing natural or handcrafted materials acknowledge that the finished installation may not have the uniform appearance associated with machine-printed or synthetic wallcoverings.

11. Product Inspection Before Installation

Wallpaper and wallcovering should be inspected before cutting or installation.

Customers and installers should check, where applicable:

• Product name and pattern
• Color
• Quantity
• Roll numbers
• Dye lot or batch information
• Visible damage
• Printing defects
• Obvious manufacturing issues
• Whether the delivered material corresponds to the order

If an apparent problem is discovered, installation should stop and Enjoy The Wall should be contacted promptly.

Cutting or installing material may limit or eliminate remedies available under a manufacturer’s or distributor’s return, defect, or warranty policy.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

12. Shipping, Delivery, and Freight

Product orders may be shipped by manufacturers, distributors, freight companies, parcel carriers, or other third-party delivery providers.

Shipping and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

Delays may occur because of circumstances including:

• Manufacturer production schedules
• Backorders
• Weather
• Carrier delays
• Freight interruptions
• Customs or import delays
• Supplier errors
• Damage in transit
• Events outside our reasonable control

Customers should inspect shipments promptly after delivery.

Visible damage, missing packages, incorrect products, or other shipping problems should be reported to Enjoy The Wall as soon as reasonably possible, together with photographs, packaging, labels, tracking information, and other documentation reasonably requested for a carrier or manufacturer claim.

Customers should retain original packaging until a shipping or product issue has been resolved.

13. Manufacturer Defects and Product Warranties

Products sold or sourced through Enjoy The Wall may be covered by warranties, guarantees, tolerances, claim procedures, or other terms established by the manufacturer or distributor.

Manufacturer warranty terms vary by product and brand.

Enjoy The Wall may assist customers with reasonable manufacturer or distributor claims relating to products purchased through us. However, approval, replacement, credit, or other remedies may depend on the applicable manufacturer’s or distributor’s policies.

Enjoy The Wall does not control a manufacturer’s investigation or decision.

Our installation workmanship obligations, if any, are separate from manufacturer product warranties.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. Customer-Supplied Materials

Customers may, in some circumstances, hire Enjoy The Wall to install wallpaper or other materials purchased from another seller.

When materials are supplied by the customer or another party, Enjoy The Wall is not responsible for:

• Manufacturing defects
• Incorrect products
• Incorrect quantities
• Insufficient material
• Dye-lot or production-run differences
• Shipping damage occurring before we receive or inspect the material
• Incorrect specifications supplied by another seller
• Material suitability issues that could not reasonably be identified before installation
• Return or warranty policies of another seller

We reserve the right to decline installation of material that appears damaged, unsuitable, incomplete, or inappropriate for the intended application.

If a potential material issue becomes apparent during installation, work may be paused while the customer determines how to proceed.

15. Material-Only Purchases

Customers may purchase certain products from Enjoy The Wall without purchasing installation services from us.

For material-only purchases, Enjoy The Wall is not responsible for work performed by a third-party installer or contractor, including:

• Wall preparation
• Installation methods
• Adhesive selection or application
• Layout decisions
• Pattern alignment
• Seam appearance
• Cutting
• Damage caused during installation
• Failure to follow manufacturer instructions

Customers using another installer should ensure that the installer reviews the material and manufacturer instructions before cutting or installation.

Product-related claims remain subject to applicable law and any manufacturer or distributor terms.

16. Installation and Site Conditions

Successful wallcovering and decorative-finish installation depends on suitable site and surface conditions.

Conditions that may affect installation include:

• Uneven or damaged walls
• Existing wallcoverings
• Paint adhesion
• Moisture
• Mold or water damage
• Texture
• Contamination
• Unstable substrates
• Temperature or humidity
• Incomplete construction
• Obstructions
• Furniture or fixtures
• Lighting conditions
• Prior repairs or coatings

Conditions not reasonably visible during an estimate may require additional preparation, labor, materials, time, or cost.

Where additional work is reasonably necessary, we will communicate with the customer before performing material additional work whenever practical.

17. Existing Conditions and Wall Preparation

An installation cannot correct every pre-existing wall or substrate condition.

Enjoy The Wall may recommend repairs, skim coating, priming, lining, removal of existing material, or other preparation before installation.

If a customer declines recommended preparation or instructs us to proceed despite identified conditions, the appearance, adhesion, seam performance, removability, or longevity of the finished installation may be affected.

We are not responsible for failures or appearance issues to the extent they are caused by pre-existing conditions or preparation that the customer declined after being advised of the issue.

18. Installation Workmanship

When Enjoy The Wall performs installation, we stand behind our workmanship subject to the scope of the applicable project agreement and limitations resulting from material characteristics, manufacturer tolerances, substrate conditions, customer decisions, and other conditions outside our reasonable control.

Issues believed to involve installation workmanship should be reported promptly so that we have a reasonable opportunity to inspect the condition and determine an appropriate response.

Customers should not arrange corrective work by another contractor before giving Enjoy The Wall a reasonable opportunity to inspect an alleged workmanship issue, except where immediate action is reasonably necessary to prevent property damage or address a safety issue.

19. Project Changes and Additional Work

Changes requested after an estimate, proposal, order, or project has been approved may affect:

• Material quantity
• Product cost
• Labor
• Preparation requirements
• Shipping
• Scheduling
• Completion dates

Additional work or material may require additional charges.

Significant changes may require a revised estimate, invoice, change authorization, or other confirmation.

20. Scheduling and Project Delays

Installation and project dates may depend on material availability, completion of preceding construction work, suitable site conditions, customer access, weather, and other factors.

Enjoy The Wall is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including manufacturer delays, backorders, freight disruptions, severe weather, building conditions, other contractors, unavailable access, or customer-requested changes.

If materials have not arrived or the site is not ready for installation, scheduling may need to be adjusted.

21. Estimates, Deposits, Payments, and Cancellations

Project-specific estimates, invoices, proposals, or order confirmations may specify:

• Deposits
• Payment schedules
• Material payments
• Installation payments
• Cancellation conditions
• Rescheduling conditions
• Shipping charges
• Taxes
• Other project-specific charges

Our separate Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy contains additional terms concerning estimates, cancellations, material returns, refunds, and rescheduling.

Where a specific written proposal or invoice contains transaction-specific payment terms, those terms apply to that transaction.

22. Financing

Financing may be available through independent third-party financing providers.

Financing approval, credit decisions, rates, terms, payment schedules, fees, and eligibility are determined by the financing provider and not by Enjoy The Wall.

A financing relationship may be subject to separate agreements between the customer and financing provider.

Enjoy The Wall does not guarantee financing approval or specific financing terms.

23. Third-Party Websites and Manufacturers

Our website may contain links to manufacturers, suppliers, financing providers, professional organizations, social media platforms, or other third-party websites.

We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, availability, or independent terms.

Manufacturer names, product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

References to third-party products or manufacturers do not create a warranty beyond those expressly provided by Enjoy The Wall or required by applicable law.

24. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate project and contact information
• Providing accurate measurements when we have not performed the applicable field measurement
• Reviewing estimates, invoices, product selections, quantities, and specifications before approval
• Providing reasonable access to the project site
• Informing us of known wall, moisture, structural, or other relevant conditions
• Ensuring the project area is reasonably ready for scheduled work
• Following manufacturer care and maintenance instructions
• Making payments when due

Customers must have authority to authorize work at the applicable property or obtain permission from the property owner or other responsible party.

25. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website content created by Enjoy The Wall, including original text, photographs, videos, graphics, branding, project images, and design elements, is owned by Enjoy The Wall or used under permission or license.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, or commercially used without authorization except as permitted by law.

Manufacturer trademarks, product photography, samples, and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

26. Prohibited Website Use

You may not use our website to:

• Submit fraudulent or intentionally misleading information
• Upload unlawful or malicious content
• Attempt unauthorized access to our website or systems
• Interfere with website security or operation
• Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights
• Use automated methods to scrape or misuse website content in violation of applicable law

We may restrict website access where reasonably necessary to protect our systems, customers, or business.

27. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Enjoy The Wall will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of the website or from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by a customer or third party, unauthorized project changes, third-party installation, manufacturer or carrier delays, or other acts of independent third parties except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Product and service remedies may also be governed by the applicable invoice, project agreement, manufacturer warranty, or other transaction-specific terms.

28. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

Neither party will be responsible for delay or failure to perform to the extent caused by events outside that party’s reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, fire, governmental action, labor or transportation disruption, supply-chain interruption, manufacturer shutdown, widespread utility failure, or similar events.

Payment obligations for products or services already provided are not excused by this section.

29. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law or another mandatory law controls.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

30. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our products, services, business practices, or applicable law.

The Last Updated date will identify the current version.

Changes apply prospectively from their effective date unless otherwise required or permitted by law.

Transaction-specific terms applicable to an existing confirmed order or project will not be retroactively changed merely because these website Terms are later updated.
